Are you taking your meds? Someone recently asked me this question and I said no, since I don’t take any medication. What I didn’t realize is that they meant the acronym MEDS, which stands for meditation, diet, exercise, and sleep. When you put it that way, I am definitely taking my “meds,” and today I want to share a few tips to help you make sure you’re taking yours, too. To find out more, watch the video above.
