Vince is great! He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He communicated well and frequently, found us a buyer on the first day on the market, and negotiated through the whole process. I couldn't ask for a better agent!

I don't know where to start. Vince Mancini is one of the most talented realtors in this city, period. As first time home buyers, we were anxious about the process of purchasing a new house, Vince sat down with us and explained to us how everything works, and was available and helpful every step of the way. We had a major hiccup in our home buying process when the home that we went under contract on ended up needing extra permitting for the renovations that had been done, which was a big headache. At that point, Vince could have walked away due to the complexity of the situation, but he didn't. Instead, Vince went above and beyond to make sure that things progressed smoothly, staying in touch with all parties and making sure that the issues were taken care of in a timely fashion by the seller. Vince is your biggest advocate - his communication skills are phenomenal and he really cares about his clients. He guided us through the inspection process, helped us a better loan then we had originally procured, and was always available to answer our many questions. I don't usually write reviews, but after the job that Vince did during our time together I felt like I needed to. I could write 6 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and use Vince the next time you're in the market for a realtor.
